Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All Paystreak products are digital downloads (PDF field guides, research packs, and planning documents) delivered immediately after successful payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery happens at the point of sale.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we stand behind what we build: if a purchased guide is materially different from its store description, or if the PDF is corrupted and cannot be opened, we will make it right.

2. When You May Receive a Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• The PDF file is corrupted and cannot be opened on any device after reasonable troubleshooting.
• The guide content is materially different from what was described on the store page at the time of purchase.
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment processing error.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include:

• The email address used at checkout.
• The product name (e.g., NZ Starter Fossicking Guide).
• A brief description of the issue (corrupted file, content mismatch, duplicate charge).

We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 5–10 business days.

4. What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after accessing the digital file.
• "I did not find gold" — our guides are planning aids, not guarantees of success.
• "The location info was wrong" — official access rules change; guides carry a last-checked date and you must verify current conditions yourself.
• Purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request.
• Free downloads — there is nothing to refund.
